This body care set includes: micro bead rest pillow, eye mask, neck wrap and body pad. Removable gel inserts can be heated or chilled for targeted therapeutic relief. To heat gel inserts, remove from zippered fabric and submerge in hot water for approximately 2-3 minutes. Do not heat in microwave oven.
